The SBI PO Prelims Exam is scheduled for July 1, 7 and 8, 2018.
As it will be the SBI Exam, everyone should be very anxious about their performance. Leaving him in this exam will determine his final selection as probationary officer in a public sector bank. Therefore, all you need to do a few days before the exam is the competent review and efficient management of the level of stress that you all might be going through because of the exam. Your best option would be to make the best possible use of your knowledge and you can only do that if it is downloaded. A small amount of stress is healthy and also necessary for your examination.
So, students, here are some review tips for all those who will appear in the SBI PO Prelims Examination.
Plan:
Go for the exam with a proper plan so that you are not barking the wrong trees while trying the exam. Try the topics where you are good and then choose the most difficult. Do not settle for a single question if you can not solve it. Move forward with the questions that you can easily solve, without losing much time with them.
Review:
It is time to review all the topics you need to be tremendous. Sort the important topics on a checklist and agree on how each and every point will be checked before presenting for the exam. It may sound preposterous a few days before the exam, but believe me, it will help you focus your learning and it will not be like, "Wow, I was so good at this topic, I could have done better if I had reviewed it well."
Eat healthily:
Did you know that what you eat and drink can affect the performance of your test? Yes, the food you eat before the test can also affect your scores. Healthy nutrition prior to the exam will give you an additional advantage during the exam and, in fact, you can. Your brain needs the energy of food to function efficiently, so do not skip food before undergoing the test. Avoid foods that block the brain, such as foods made from white flour: cookies, cakes and muffins, which require additional time and energy to digest. Also avoid foods with a high content of refined sugar, such as chocolates, desserts and sweets. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and during your exam. Tea works, too, but without much sugar. Dehydration can make you lose your concentration, feel weak and drain your energy.
Exercise:
Exercise causes blood to flow. This means that more oxygen will reach the brain and help it function more efficiently. Restores your brain, increases the flow of blood to the brain and prepares you for critical thinking and retention. Do not exercise for a long time, you do not have to waste so much time, 15 minutes will be enough.
Do not stress:
Much of the stress will not allow you to understand the questions asked in the four themes. So avoid anything that can stress you, keep calm and stay focused to spend the day after tomorrow. It is important that students have a positive mindset.
Sleep well:
Take a nap before the test, as it improves the memory remembered and the ability to concentrate. Do not take out all night before the day of the exam. If you do not sleep through the night, you probably do not remember much of what you studied anyway. To make the best use of your knowledge, you should try to sleep at least 8 hours before the exam, especially when it is going to be a SBI PO Prelims exam.
Now take an impression of your admission card and your photo ID in advance, since waiting for the last moment will not benefit you. Arrive at the testing center in advance to avoid any unnecessary stress. Confirm the location and all the other important things you need to know about your center in advance so that you do not waste much of your time searching for your center.
